Refund Policy

Short version: All sales are final. Subscriptions can be canceled anytime to stop future charges, but past charges are not refunded. Exceptions exist for unauthorized charges or technical failures — see below.

1. Why all sales are final

Cosmic Blueprint is a digital product. The moment you complete a purchase, our system generates and delivers your personalized chart and AI-written interpretations — content that cannot be "returned." Each chart also costs us real money in AI usage fees that we cannot recover after the fact.

Because of this, we do not offer refunds on completed purchases except as described in the limited circumstances below.

2. Snapshot purchases ($29 one-time)

Snapshot purchases are non-refundable once the chart has been generated. By proceeding through Stripe checkout you acknowledge this and agree that no refund will be issued.

3. Living Chart subscriptions ($12.99/month or $79/year)

You may cancel your Living Chart subscription at any time from your Account page (which opens Stripe's Customer Portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access to the Living-only tabs until that date, and you are not charged again afterward.

We do not pro-rate or refund the current billing period when you cancel mid-cycle. You're paying for the current billing period; that period is yours.

We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Stripe and typically appear on your card within 5–10 business days.

6. Chargebacks

Before disputing a charge with your bank, please email us first — most issues are resolved faster directly. Initiating a chargeback for a charge that falls outside the limited exceptions above may result in suspension of your account and could be referred to Stripe's dispute process.
