Welcome to Cosmic Blueprint. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cosmic Blueprint website at www.cosmic-blueprint.org and the related services (the "Service"). By creating an account, signing in, or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Cosmic Blueprint combines a reflective three-mountain navigation system with optional astrological calculations (natal, transit, and Vedic), numerology, authored material, and AI-generated interpretations. The assessment is a dated reflection hypothesis, not a diagnosis. The calculator is an optional lens; your own words define your aims.
The chart engine includes open-source astronomical software. Written interpretations and optional Guide replies are generated by third-party AI models, which may change over time. We do not provide live human astrological consultations, therapy, coaching, or professional advice.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide (including birth data) is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Accounts are created via passwordless email magic links. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure. Anyone with access to your inbox can sign in to your Cosmic Blueprint account.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Deletion removes the associated account, chart, navigation, reflection, conversation, and approved-memory data from active systems as described in our Privacy Policy. Limited security, backup, usage-accounting, and transaction records may be retained where needed for safety, fraud prevention, or law. Deletion does not refund prior purchases (see the Refund Policy).
All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card information. By making a purchase, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the stated amount.
The $50 Snapshot is a one-time charge and does not auto-renew. It grants account access to the purchased features for as long as Cosmic Blueprint continues to operate those features; it is not a promise that the Service will exist forever. The Guide subscription renews automatically at the disclosed price until cancelled; you can cancel future renewal at any time from your Account page (Stripe's Customer Portal), and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The Cosmic Blueprint name, logo, design, and codebase are owned by the operator of the Service. The chart calculations themselves (your placements, dates, numerology numbers) are factual data and not subject to copyright. The AI-generated written interpretations produced for your account are yours to keep for personal use; you do not gain rights to redistribute them publicly or commercially.
Cosmic Blueprint is provided for self-reflection, spiritual exploration, and entertainment purposes only. Astrology, numerology, assessments, authored prompts, and AI-generated guidance are not substitutes for professional advice. The Service does not discover destiny, divine authority, or a guaranteed life purpose. Do not rely on any output to make medical, legal, financial, psychological, employment, relationship, safety, or other consequential decisions. Always consult appropriately qualified professionals for such matters.
We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any reading. AI-generated content can contain errors, fabrications, or content that does not reflect any real interpretive tradition.
If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself or someone else, stop and get real help now. Cosmic Blueprint is not a crisis service, a medical or mental-health provider, or an emergency resource, and the AI Guide is not a counselor and cannot keep you safe. In the United States, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or dial 911. Outside the US, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line in your country. If you tell us you are unsafe, or a message suggests risk of harm, the Guide is designed to respond with a brief supportive safety message and these resources instead of astrological content — a redirection, not professional care.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Cosmic Blueprint, its operator, or its contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service or any specific AI model. Maintenance, safety routing, usage limits, third-party outages (Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, Anthropic, Resend, Cloudflare), or technical issues may cause temporary downtime or authored-only operation. We are not liable for losses arising from such interruptions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to other users or the platform. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
