Welcome to Cosmic Blueprint. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cosmic Blueprint website at www.cosmic-blueprint.org and the related services (the "Service"). By creating an account, signing in, or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Cosmic Blueprint generates personalized cosmic chart readings using a combination of astrological calculations (natal, transit, Vedic), numerology, and AI-generated written interpretations. Three plans are offered:
The chart engine is based on the open-source circular-natal-horoscope-js library. Written interpretations are generated by Anthropic's Claude AI model. We do not provide live, human astrological consultations.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide (including birth data) is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Accounts are created via passwordless email magic links. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure. Anyone with access to your inbox can sign in to your Cosmic Blueprint account.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Deletion removes your chart data and entitlements from our systems; it does not refund prior purchases (see the Refund Policy).
All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card information. By making a purchase, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the stated amount.
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly at the then-current price until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your Account page; cancellation stops future charges but does not retroactively refund the current billing period.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

The Cosmic Blueprint name, logo, design, and codebase are owned by the operator of the Service. The chart calculations themselves (your placements, dates, numerology numbers) are factual data and not subject to copyright. The AI-generated written interpretations produced for your account are yours to keep for personal use; you do not gain rights to redistribute them publicly or commercially.
Cosmic Blueprint is provided for self-reflection, spiritual exploration, and entertainment purposes only. Astrology, numerology, and AI-generated guidance are not substitutes for professional advice. Do not rely on any reading produced by the Service to make medical, legal, financial, psychological, employment, relationship, or other consequential decisions. Always consult appropriately qualified professionals for such matters.
We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any reading. AI-generated content can contain errors, fabrications, or content that does not reflect any real interpretive tradition.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Cosmic Blueprint, its operator, or its contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service. Maintenance, third-party outages (Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, Anthropic, Resend, Cloudflare), or technical issues may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for losses arising from such interruptions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to other users or the platform. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
